We at Onedot Ltd aim for efficiency at all times. To maintain competency and ensure the best results from every individual team member at any given time, your team will be allotted one to two hours per week with the Manager to discuss performance, strengths and areas of opportunity for each member. With this we can also monitor the team’s activities.

Since we aim for efficiency and excellence, we empower our employees by letting them submit their own productivity report to the manager on a daily basis. This will help them be more responsible and accountable for their individual task. We will base competency with these reports which will be validated by the manager and will be the basis for feedback to you as the client. This practice creates a way of monitoring the team’s activities and creates a feeling of being responsible and accountable for your company and a feeling of being part of your team.

The Management

Onedot Ltd has formed a management team of seasoned outsourcing experts who have contributed for the growth of the companies they have formerly worked for.
